Hey guys,

I am really serious about getting bigger. I was wonder what protein I should get. Or what other kinda weight gaining materials I should get?

And I am using the wannabebig routine and I was wonder! It says to add 2.5 Kg's or a couple extra reps a week! Is that what I should do or could u guys recommend something else or what? It says to add like that until u can't add any more! Is that what I should stick with!

Thanks Rob

if you are just a beginner you don't even have to worry about supps. just eat right. if you want you could buy a fast release protein formula for after you workout and a slow release formula for before bed. fast acting formula could consist of hydrolized protein and isolates and night formula could consist of soy, cassinate, and milk protein. you can customize these orders on proteinfactory.com (by the way i do not work for the company)

I'm assuming you want to gain mass. So I tell all beginners to get about 100 grams of protein a day from shakes and the other 100-150 from tuna, chicken, milk, eggs...etc. Just train hard and eat like a freak. Good luck.

Get CFM Whey protein after your workout, and get lots of caseine. It's the best protein out there...(few people agree with it but anyway it's proven)

If you aren't gaining weight, you need to eat more. Simple as that. I would suggest sticking to real foods: steak, chicken, fish, eggs, potatoes, pasta, rice, etc.
