gonna train first thing in the morning?

I usually eat some cottage cheese the night before, then have a shake and some oatmeal 30 min before I training at 8am. How does that sound? Should I add some carbs to my bedtime meal the nights before an AM training day?

I eat around 30-40g of protien from chicken or tuna before bed... wake up and enjoy some n-large than about 30-45min later i'm at the gym followed by a PWO shake then normal meals after that.....

Just depends on your goals and your total cals, if your bulking and getting in tons of cals that one meal probably wont effect your training that much. I usually have 50g whey+egg protein and 3 tablespoons of pb plus 2 cups of milk. Then when I wake up to pee I have 50g whey+egg protein, 2 cups of milk and 10g fish oil caps. And then my weightgainer plus milk before I train.
