Upper body's looking good - lats are very nice, pecs too. Arms are nice and thick. Maybe shoulders?

How are the wheels?

I'd say your lower back needs work along w/ the abdominals.

thanks, no Ive never done squatsHuge mistake. Squats have far too many benefits to ignore. You're looking alright, but I would definitely start blasting your legs. How long have ya been lifting?

If those are your results in 2-3 weeks, You're going to be bigger than the governator in no time! You've got a good base. I'm serious, many people lift for at least a few months before they have a back like yours.
