What would be better if i'm trying to bulk?

1) Protein shake, then 30 minutes later turkey and peanut butter sandwich on whole wheat with a cup o' fruit.

or

2) Protein shake, then 30 minutes later Meal Replacement Powder (53 protein, 320 cal, 4 fat, 27 carb) Myoplex deluxe with water

When in doubt, always go with whole foods. Most people consume way too many shakes.

I don't think there's any reason to have an MRP unless you absolutely can't get whole food. Even the makers of MRP's rarely claim that you should buy their product because it's BETTER than food, only that it's more convenient.

#1 would total more calories, so I would say #1. You'll probably get calories equal to or greater than the MRP with the PB on WW alone. I estimate ~340cals assuming 70cal/slice and ~200cals/serving of PB(assuming 2Tbsp). :D
