In order to bulk, are you to consume more calories than your AMR daily or BMR daily, or does it fluctuate between training and non-training days? and also, by how much more cals should one increase by? Thank you

depends on your body type/metabolism...and usually cal amounts stay the same on both workout and nonworkout days...although i guess u could cut it down a bit on nonworkout days?...we need more info to help u...
