Ingredients:
1 can salmon in water
garlic
oil
big red chillis
small thai chillis
low sodium soy sauce

1. drain the salmon and put it in a bowl
2. chop up the garlic and chillis (optional), put them in the bowl
3. pour some oil into the bowl (i did my first without oil and it was a little dry)
4. put everything on aluminium foil
5. bung it in the oven for 10-15 minutes
6. take it out and add some soy sauce for more taste

there ya go! mine tasted delicious! it was my first time trying canned salmon and i think i'll be having it more often from now as an alternative to tuna.

I mash up canned salmon with egg white and bread crumbs (to make it stick together better), along with some onion/garlic/spices and whatever, form into patties, and cook like a hamburger. Good cheap protein and omega's...

salmon was 7.99 for 6 cans at costco, anyone know cheaper places?

Buy fresh salmon $6-$7/lb , get a George Foreman and grill those bad boys. It only takes 5-7 minutes. Just season with Lemon Pepper and they are awesome. Just a lttle thing I started doing.

lean-n-mean: fresh salmon is really expensive for me :/

yea i got about 5 servings of fresh salmon for less than $5 but i was just wondering about the canned variety
