Two words, Cottage cheese.....The low fat kind is awsome!!!
One small container of the stuff has 4 grams of fat and 64 grams of protein :) although the sodium is a tad high, Ide take it over Tune any day!

Yeah I find Tuna Repulsive, and its great because while I was walking around stop n shop yesterday I saw the cottage cheese and was so surprized looking at the nutrition facts, although I cant eat the large curd but they have whipped which is awsome :)

I mix tuna and cottage cheese with a little mayo and chilli powder. Goes great on toast and salads. It's the dogs!

I do the same except minus the mayo. I love chilli powder on evertyhing. Tuna and Cott. Cheese is great together. I used to put it over baked potatos.
