Many people have gotten huge without using products such as this. From reading it, seems like the typical marketing hoopla. You could spend $52 on something more worthwhile.

I agree that this might be the case. thats why i was asking. Has anyone tried it? or know something about it?

might have better luck if you would have posted this in the supplement section of the site.

I tried, but for some reason it wouldn't show up after hitting submit?
I'm new, but that seems odd right?

isn't arachid peanut in french? well then the arachide in french would be derived from latin. and then maybe the arachidonic acid is an acid derived from peanuts? no idea though, just talking out of my ass.

X-Factor™ is a revolutionary new supplement that intensifies the body's physiological response to weight training. It increases androgen receptor levels, blood flow and nutrient availability (pumps), residual post-workout soreness, protein synthesis and the overall rate of muscle growth.

from web site.

More pain, more gain. as they say on the site.

So its going to hurt, it makes you feel sore. but it seems like a convincing arguement that might just work. 40 dollars is kinda lot to drop when i haven't heard anything. I guess it is new though...anyone?

Body of Science magizine has it down for 1-2 lbs gain of lean muscle a week.

Arachidonic acid is a 20-carbon fatty acid that is created only by animals (or humans). It's non-essential in that we make it ourselves.

I'd rather spend my money on milk.

Increasing soreness is one of its selling points?!

im old fashioned when it comes to supps in that i stick with the "proven" commodities...Protein, creatine, and dex...all of which are naturally occuring...but until a new study comes out proving these supps actually work (unbiased studies) then i will stick to my big three...in other words...IMO its not worth it...

as much as I support what you are saying, at one point whey protein powder was new too.

1-2 lb gains of LBM per week....think about that. People who do their first 12 week 500mg/week test cycles are lucky to gain 15 lbs of LBM, which is a little over a lb. per week. Do you really think some new supplement is going to give better results than anabolic steriods?

But there is scientific evidence that whey is a high quality, fast digesting protein and it is pretty basic physiology that protein is required for muscle building.
