I'm 6 foot and 19 years old.
Started lifting and bulking dec 26, 2004. went from 183(was still kinda fat back then) to 200 pounds up till 3 weeks ago. I just wanted to gain strength as fast as I could.
I gained alot of strength, not too much noticable mass.
I;m hoping a cut will help solve that. My lifts have been mediocre since I started cutting calories.. Soon im gonna start running 45+ minutes and/or mountain bike riding 5 days a week.
I know i got alot of body fat, but im hoping to lose it soon with a dedicated cut. My goal now is to get as lean as possible so i can bulk again but cleaner this time. I dont know much about posing correctly so excuse the pictures.
Let me know what you guys think, i've already read the cutting document in the nutrition forum but any suggestions for cutting?
