corraomonster, why not creatine?

Did you know creatine is in steak? Do you avoid steak?

Best advice you are going to get here is eat more and take creatine.

Drink a lot of milk, eat lots of natural peanut butter. It's easier to drink extra calories than to eat them, and PB is calorie dense. :burger:

i know creatine is in a lot of things. but taking excess creatine WITHOUT drinking lots of water can ruin your kidneys. and i dont wanna have to worry about that. Also, it hasn't been tested for problems DOWN THE ROAD. i dont think i want cancer in 30 years for wanted to gain a few pounds for football.

Agreed.

corraomonster, if your not gaining weight then you are not taking in enough calories, plain and simple, end of story.
Do you know what creatine is? What is function is? I think you should continue to do research on it as well as diet overall.

If you want to grow, you should be drinking a lot of water (1-2 gal/day) even if you aren't taking creatine.

STAY OFF THE CREATINE. You are 15 years old, let your body grow naturally. Besides, coming from an athlete field, creatine can cause alot of issues if you aren't carefull. Most of these altheletes dying on the fields now were found to have way too much creatine in their system and not enough water. People tend to load to much with this product then it can cause alot of problems. USE WHOLE FOODS. Start with alot of long grain whole brown rice and split peas. Also, use the milk only if you have to. Try to get your filler from whole foods not just liquid. I played football for all through high school. Freshman year 145lbs. , Senior year before knee replacement 225lbs. It takes time.

Why should he stop posting when he is just stating instances that have actually happened? Because you want to feel secure about taking creatine. It can do bad things to people. BUT it's mainly the people who take it incorrectly. It can still be dangerous though.

Boxingtiger...do u have any trials/articles backing up those claims...cuz if u do i would like to see them....

Also, use the milk only if you have to. Try to get your filler from whole foods not just liquid.

again boxing tiger...whats wrong with liquid/milk to bulk on? i would say it would be to his benefit to use milk/other liquids as a bulking tool...

i also play football and am playing right now...i have had no ill effects with creatine other than water retention in my muscles and strength gains in the weightroom...take it responsibly and it is a very good tool...

Jesus ****ing Christ, will you sons of bitches actually read something before coming in here talking about OMG CREATIN IS DANJRUS!!!111 without a shred of goddamn evidence to back it up?

You morons are the reason half this crap gets banned in the first place.

LOFL. That's more like it.

And boxingtiger, telling a 15 year old who is trying to gain weight to avoid liquid calories is horrible advice. Liquid calories can be one of the best tools in adding calories.

A lot of crap in here.

If you want to gain weight, eat more calories than you expend. If you want to take creatine, take your creatine.

Die thread.

If it is a fact I would like for you to point to some reference which will prove your statement.

I have NEVER read of anyone having more than a cramp which can be directly associated with creatine use and I am not even sure that was directly linked (I think it was assumed).

Now, if you don't want to use it that is quite ok with me. Give this article a read:

i want to see some factual results clearly stating creatine has a caused death(s)....

chris...i really believe that tigger should be banned...i mean he told this kid to not rely on liquids too much when bulking...what kind of advice is that? and this whole "creatine causing deaths thing" is the most uneducated statement i've ever heard in my life...
