Measuring Rice

On the back of the bag of rice it just says 1/4 cup. Does this mean raw or cooked? I hope it means raw=)

I just found out its 1/4 cup raw but it didn't say it by the serving size it had it somwhere else I didn't notice it before thx

1/4 cup of raw rice is actually a good amount didn,t think it would be that much. 1/4Cup of brown rice, Black beans, and some good ol chicken breast is great
