The only place I ever found the stuff at a reasonable price was Costco, but last time I went I couldn't find it anywhere. Other grocery stores charge an arm and a leg. Where do you guys get it.

Grocery store-- but I buy the store brand. You can also make your own-- a little messy, but doable and cheap.

The only brand that I 've ever seen is Smuckers. They have both creamy and chunky styles. I've seen it in Iowa at Wal-Mart, Sam's Club and Hy-Vee. I pay $2.50 for a 16oz jar and about $4 for a 26oz. If that's too much to pay for PB I must have way too much dough.

i've never seen it in sam's but if 19-chief says it's there, i'll look again tomorrow.

i usually get smuckers at wal-mart for about $2.25/jar. food lion has crazy richard's (which i actually like better) for $1.99/slightly bigger jar.

I really like the Smucker's brand. I tried Kroger brand recently, and it's not quite as good. I figured they would all be the same since all they have is peanuts.

Smuckers is ~$2.35 at Wal-Mart and around $3.00 anywhere else I've found it. This is a 16oz jar, I haven't come across any larger ones :(

I've never seen it at sam's, only the huge can of jiff. Do they have a separate health food area or something?

uhh what the heck? smuckers jar says stir and refridgerate.. but when I get it out of the fridge it's all stuck together.. and seems like oil goes to bottom or something. is it nessecary to refridgerate it?

Yes, after you stir it thoroughly, it's necessary to refrigerate it to prevent oil separation. This is because natty pb has no vegetable oil in it to naturally prevent the separation.

Try storing it upside down in the refrigerator. That should help with the separation.
