I am currently using MetRx Ultramyosin(sp?) Chocolate flavor

- 8 oz Fat Free or Skim Milk
- 6 tblespoons of pasturized egg whites (equalls about 2 eggs worth)
- 2 tblespoons of natty peanut butter
- 2 scoops of whey protein
- cinammon to taste

46g of protein never tasted so good

Adding the cinammon is a pretty good idea L and M. Looks like it would taste good.
I'll go. Not really a tasty shake, but very easy to drink and lots of cals. I usually seperate fat and carb meals (for my own reasons not cuz I think it's magic) This is my bigger lowfat version.

24 oz skim milk
1.25 cups oatmeal
2.5 scoops whey
1.5 scoops egg protein

Over 1000 cals and 110g of protein. Extremely cheap, fast, and effective.

i like the add strawberries and blueberries

doesnt the oatmeal and PB just collect at the bottom? whenever i mix/blend my shakes, all that crap just collects at the bottom as this kind of sludge

Mine is pretty much milk, whey, natty PB, flax seed oil, and then whatever else I can find.

i have the following
1 cup low fat yogurt
1 cup creamed cottage cheese
2 cups milk
banana
2 tbsp natty pb
30g whey protein
over 1000 cals and about 80g of protein, mind u it does end up about a litre and a half and bloats me quite a bit.
