I've been working out now for about 8 weeks. The first 8 weeks I wanted to see what kind of foundation I was working with, so my goal was to cut some body fat. Started out about 14.3% (7 point test) and one month later now to 10.2%. I started out at 160lbs. and last body fat test weight was 158lbs. which gave me 4.45% lean gain. I am 6'1". I am now looking to load for a month to gain about 5-10lbs. Then drop my body fat down to 5-6%. Here is my current daily intake. I've been doing this for just over a week. Any suggestions?
Isopure Protein
3TB Natural Peanut Butter
3 Egg Whites (no yolks)
1 cup "non-fat" cottage cheese
Protein Pudding
2 Meal Replacements
1.5 cup brown rice/split pea mix
1 can Albacore tuna
1 cup raw almonds (half mid-day and half in evening)
Plus lunch and dinner (These are usually fish, salad, veggies, or chicken breast)
Total: 3200 cal, 200 carb., 310 protein
