I've been working out now for about 8 weeks. The first 8 weeks I wanted to see what kind of foundation I was working with, so my goal was to cut some body fat. Started out about 14.3% (7 point test) and one month later now to 10.2%. I started out at 160lbs. and last body fat test weight was 158lbs. which gave me 4.45% lean gain. I am 6'1". I am now looking to load for a month to gain about 5-10lbs. Then drop my body fat down to 5-6%. Here is my current daily intake. I've been doing this for just over a week. Any suggestions?

Isopure Protein
3TB Natural Peanut Butter
3 Egg Whites (no yolks)
1 cup "non-fat" cottage cheese
Protein Pudding
2 Meal Replacements
1.5 cup brown rice/split pea mix
1 can Albacore tuna
1 cup raw almonds (half mid-day and half in evening)
Plus lunch and dinner (These are usually fish, salad, veggies, or chicken breast)

Total: 3200 cal, 200 carb., 310 protein

Thanks and any suggestions would help.

Keep doin what youre doing, its working for you. Just dont expect to keep losing at the same pace. Your body will adapt slightly. That second 4% or so wil be much harder to lose than the first 4%.

Oops...Left one thing off my daily intake. I also consume 7-10 naturally dried prunes. Yes, high carbs. but it gives me almost all my daily vitamins and fiber.

140 cals., 33.6 carb., 1.4 protein
