dont curve your back so much on the pose. Also, looks like you put on some mass without a noticeable diff in bf

it is hard to tell from the 2 shots, in the future I would recommend taking progress shots in the same location with the same lighting, attempting to duplicate the before pose picture perfect. It looks like you got a bit thicker, particularly in the lower back and arms

It's hard to tell, given that the two poses are different, but it looks like you have greater width in the lats. Good work.

One thing I noticed that looks like it got alot bigger are your triceps. Back does look somewhat wider as well.

i couldn't tell a difference. i guess i need to step things up big time, even if my strength has gone up.
