anyone have a good daily vitamin suggestion? like GNC's megaman....my knowledge of this kind of stuff is pretty limited...

not all multi's are created equal. Brand has a lot to do with what's actually inside the vitamins. How pure they are. Cheap companies will add preservatives and use half-ass ingredients or use cheap forms of the vitamins. For example.. if your looking for vitamin c the best choice would be ester C. If your going with vitamin A the best choice would be beta carotene.

Also there's things in some multi's that we don't need. As a man we don't need iron supplementation. Some multi's have way too much iron in them.
