multi vitamin

i dont know anything about vitamins, right now im taking a multi vitamin from cosco probly not a good choice but i dont know. so any advice on a good brand and where you got it from

u should really do some research before u post...cuz we've all had to do due dilligence (aka research) one time or another....

IMO the type of multivitamin doesn't really matter...i used to take the costco brand until my parents decided to buy a different type..of which i now take...

fish oils provide your body with essential fatty acids which aid many things...i don't really want to go into detail...but in very very condensed terms..they are good for u..

research=good...u might try it sometime...
