Which is better on non lifting days, 20-30 min of intesnse cardio w/ intervals, or a 50-60 min. steady jog? If your goal was to burn fat

Search for HIIT, high intensity interval training. Lots out there

Duration has worked very well for me.

To burn fat, do HIIT. Long distance is good to do too sometimes, but if done too long it will have a negative effect on your muscle mass.

couldnt have said it any better myself. HIIT is the shizzo for fatburning.
