After getting to my 3rd sets of DL's my right leg starts to shake at about the 4th rep...does this mean that I am putting more pressure on it than on my left leg? Does this mean I'm trying to balance more of the weight on my right leg?

not nessecarily. if one leg is weaker than the other, the shakey one could just be trying to catch up in strength as the other one, if the shake continues for a month then maybe. You could be pushing harder with one leg than the other but once they balance in strength they'll even out.

This happened to me back when i first started DL'ing and squating... for me it stopped after the second week. I'm pretty sure the reason for this is that your legs need to catch up to your upper body. Just keep DL'ing and squating to strengthen those legs and it shouldn't be a problem anymore.
