OK, I HEARD today from some friends that Muscle Milk can make a guy lactate(sp?) Is this true? Im taking Muscle Milk and now Im kind of freaked out.

The fact that the name "Muscle Milk" didn't ring any bells in your head when you heard that it made you lactate? Ever heard of the expression, "If something is too good to be true, it probably is." Case in point.

It's true man. When a small smoothie shop opened near my home last year I decided to go check the place out. I found a tub of Muscle Milk and the store owner told me I should buy some if I wanted to build muscle. I did so I purchased a tub of it and took it home. I took 2 servings of it each day for the next week. Then, exactly one week later, I was at the gym doing a chest workout. I was warming up with 135 and then BAM! from my left nipple shot a stream of milk. It hit my partner in the eye and made him yell out in pain. It was the most embarrassing thing that's ever happened to me. Don't make the mistake I did. Don't take Muscle Milk.
