Since I started weight lifting again I decided to track my progress more.

So what exactly were you trying to accomplish? Cut..bulk?

Ok, I put my info back. LOL

Anyway, I was pretty aimless in my goals at first. A couple of years ago I was almost 200 lbs and about 33+% bf. Yuck! So I did a low carb diet for a while and got down to around 160 lbs or so and decided it was time to start lifting again, this was around June 04. I didn't progress much on low carb so I knew I needed to change things diet wise.

I wanted to lean and put on mass, I did that to a point. Overall I gained 9 lbs lean and lost 7 lbs fat. Estimated of course. :) I was thinking about a month or so ago to get lean, but some thought at my weight that I should bulk first and that's what I've been doing.

Since the last photo was taken I've gained around 5 lbs in the last 3 weeks. Hoping it's mostly lean. I've been eating clean, doing some strength work for lower body and hypertrophy for the upper. All the while working on some back problems.

So I'm up to around 174 as of this morning.

Oh and my current goal is to gain about 10 lbs lean (about 5 more lbs) which should put me around 16.2% bf (150 lbs lean). Maintain for a week or so to give me a break and then do a cut down either 5 lbs or 10 lbs fat and see where I'm at. So either 174 lbs 14% bf or 169 lbs 11% bf.

I'm starting to get sick of the eating so I might quit the bulk sooner. Both because of the quantity and also because I've got a problematic GI.

Puny. :) 11 1/4" according to my last body comp, though this is unflexed. Hopefully they've grone since then.
