Why so low on the fats?

what are your goals? if u want to bulk, just eat clean foods as much as you can. i hate following lists, bc i run out of one food, or mix and match and it gets all outta hand. i just know if i i eat alot of eggs, chicken breast, lowfat cottage cheese, skim milk, oatmeal, shakes, and tuna and not get hungry that il be fine.

ya that is what im basically doing. Those are just breakfast and snacks. Im gonna throw in another meal somewhere in there that changes daily.

Get some protein in meals 2 and 5. Add some chicken, or egg whites or something, because you have no complete proteins there.

600 cals from bread in meal 2??? Thats horrible.. better off having a full cup of steel cut oats.. thats still 600 cals, but much much better source.
