Thank you sir, They are actually 12 days since the last ones but lifting for 10, so i guess you can say 12 days. Bah I have a long ways to go still.

really good...you look like you lift much more than what you have posted. Also, I would aim for lower than 12% if I were you. Good job, you will look awesome when your done

Thanks guys, I am aimingfor less that 12%, I am aiming for 6-8% in the long run, but the initial goal is to get to 12%. This is going to be the official progress thread, meaning I will update wih pics every 2 weeks. As to looking like bigger than what I lift, I just started lifting 2 weeks ago, If you wanna check out the diet or routine check my sig for links. Anyone have an estimate as to my current bf%?

WBB 1, Doing lat pull downs instead of chinups because im still too fat/weak, also instead of taking 2 days off after chest abd back, we take one, so its 3 times a week one week and the next week its 4 times, and i alterntaes back and forth.

Heys lol, I donno, Newb gains I guess, It went from 105 to 255 today with a new PR. Every week I add more weight, Untill I cant do it anymore. Im hoping to get to the 300 lbs mark soon.
