You didn't tell me you work with Dante, you big bastard! I'm all about DC training for the bodybuilder.

It looked like it was treating you pretty well if you were doing DC in Columbus.

Good to see you back here, Xand.

Up to 320 now, eh? What's the bf% at?

I tried DC style for the last 8 or so months and loved it. I will definitely watch this journal with interest to see the progress and learning of someone working with the man himself.

Good luck with your training, man.

Dante- is the originator of DC Training.
Borris- Wassup? Thanks for checking in. DC training is the real deal. We'll talk.
Justin- BF, probably high like 16% but I wasn't following the diet. I'm back on the diet and that should come down pretty soon. He doesn't like us to be over 13% or so.
Callahan- I'll check out your journal. Nice to see fellow DC addicts.
Rook- I hope so too... Journaling on line keeps me motivated.
Ectx- Missed you at the gym, the other day. Hope all is well.

Biceps/Forearms/Back W/Back Th

Seated Dumbell Curls 70x16
Pinwheels- 75x20
Rear Pull-ups(DC) bwtx20
Deadlifts 495x4

Most lifts are done with a 4-6 slow negative movement and/or are rest paused.

If I recall, you were using the Max-OT training before. How do you like that vs the DC method?

Oh, and what are pinwheels?
