Does anyone know how much protein 1 egg has??

It depends on the size of the egg.

For a large white egg it's usually between 6g and 6.5g.

www.fitday.com will tell you for all different sizes of eggs, including whites-only and yolks-only.

i thought it was 3 g. of protein, thats just the white though.

eggs beaters has 30 cals and 6 grams of protien per serving. A serving is 1/4 cup. I usually use 4 so thats 24 grams of protien for 120 cals and like 4 carbs, no fat. not bad

Nothing wrong with fat, especially the fat in eggs.
