Ive heard that the more dense muscle you have (If you workout for the most part all of your body) the more fat you burn.
Some guy in the gym was telling me this, and he is a big guy who knows what hes talking about, but I thought this was a little fishy.
Basically to expand on this he was telling me, that if you really focus on major muscles (back, quads) your body will in turn produce more test and burn more fat. Can anybody shed some light on this?
