What do you mix your protein in?

i use to use skim milk but now i use water. at first it was weird(thin) but now i hate it with milk...goes to show how the body adapts :D

ps. im also starting to mix it with bananas....OMG! pure heaven!:p

Sometimes i mix it with skim mlk and other times with water.It depends on your goals and taste preferences.

I mix mine with skim milk and ice.. Sometimes I'll add a banana to it if I'm pretty hungry and want to use it to fill me up.
