Today so far I have consumed 2203 calories, 113 fat, 165 carbs, 128 protein plus the protein shake I had not too long ago

body wt? ht? age? not much we can say with just that... 40/40/20 (P/C/F) is good though... you have 31% protein 41% carbs 28% fat,

depends on your caloric needs. Also what kind of carbs and fats your taking in.

20% is too low for fats, IMHO.

I like mine in the 30-50% range, but the ratios are unimportant. The key players are calories and protein grams, with carbs targeted around lifting and fats as a caloric ballast.

I think you're going to want to eat more than 130 grams of protien but you're getting there. Keep up the good work. Just so you know though, it's best to get atleast 1 gram of Protien for every pound you weigh.

My diet I am going to follow

Protein shake. 1 35 0 146

30-45 Minutes of cardio.

Breakfast:
2 fat free cheese slices 4 10 0.5 62
30g Cream of wheat with skim milk. 21 2 0 100

Snack:
1 Medium apple. 32 0 1 125
175 mL fat free yogurt 14 6 0 80

Lunch:
Tuna salad (1 can tuna+ 1tbsp. Light mayo) 1 30 5 170
Green salad(dress: 1Tbsp flax seed oil to 9.4 84
1 Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar)

Snack:
2 fat free cheese slices 4 10 0.5 62
1 Hard boiled eggs with 5 whites. 0.6 32 5 120

WORKOUT

Dinner:

You're only going to eat 1200 cals a day?

Noooooo.... too low.

I would suggest protein at 170-250g, cals at about 10-15% below whatever your maintenance cals are, which because of your age, gender, and weight, I would assume to be higher than mine.

My maint. cals are about 2300, so I cut at about 1900-2000 cals daily, with protein at about 210g per day (I weigh just under 140 lbs)

Are you crazy, your 17 years old your metabolism is fast right now. If you eat such a low calories diet you are going to slow down your metabolism and maintain that weight. Your taking in to much fat and not enough protein, i would bump up the protein and decrease the fat down. And bump up the carbs a bit. If you eat such a low carb diet for so long you body will adapt to it and you will halt your progress so i would cycle your carbs up and down different days to keep the body guessing.
