Here are some pics from the beginning of my bulk. These are only upper body because my legs don't deserve the credit as they are lagging because I had never lifted them seriously until last month.

5'10" 163 lbs.

Thanks for the compliments. I don't know why my back is lagging, i'm going for width now so we'll see how it goes.

Back lagging? Where, how?

I agree, the back looks to be in proportion w/ the rest of his work (imo).

WTF are my abs so narrow and not ripped?

i was gonna ask you about that man, you have low bodyfat, but i see almost no definition between your abs. IMO All it means is that genetics handed you a bad hand for abs and you have to work harder to get a six-pack

Same here. Whoever said it's lacking must not be looking at the same photos.

I think you hit it dead on. But the most fat I have on my body is around my abs and obliques.

I just wish my abs were as ripped..

You like those!? Those are my laundry day boxers, I put them on when doing the laundry because they are old and too small! :D

I'm quite vascular in the forearm region, thank you.

Keep at it and you will have a killer bod. What are your goals, stat-wise

I'm going for hypertrophy so I haven't tested my max in any of my big three. I know my bench is still pretty low right now. I want to gain about 10 lbs of mass and then cut. Not having visible abs REALLY bothers me.

Wheels? By that do you mean legs?

I'm 23, soon to be 24.

Yup.

They are subpar, chicken, lacking definition and above all, credit. I'll post pics when the bulk is further in its progress.

I hope it doesn't disturb you to know that I've saved that last forearm picture to my HDD, and I've been looking at it every ~45 seconds for the last hour.

Not to freak you out or anything, but I'm a 230 lb, 6'1" male. Yeah.

LOL, what?! On a side note, I'm proud of my forearms more than any other muscle.

Here's an updated pic. My left hamy is still injured so I haven't lifted legs or done DLs in a LONG TIME. :whip:

I feel bad for it but I'm essentially only doing half of a routine with some rehab work for my legs. I'm not going to force heavy weight on my injury only to make it worse so I've had to work with what I've got. I'm also cleaning up my diet so the bulk is going but much slower this time.

My abs are something that have been lagging my whole life so I'm working them hard twice a week after my workout. My upper abs seem to have been showing progress with the weighted decline crunches but my lower abs are still pretty small.

Upper body looks very good. You may have been dealt a bad card in terms of abs but the rest of you looks to be in great proportion- between the chest/traps/shoulders/arms/back I think you're doing great. Keep crunching.

be patient and be happy because you have a great frame. Once you build up your abs, you will look even better.

Here's some new pics. The slow bulk is going slowly, as expected. I'm about to finish WBB1, then take a break, and start up WBB2.

No pictures of legs, yet, they are getting somewhat defined as I am squatting but they are NOT big. Also, my rep bench is only slightly less than my rep squat.

I haven't weighed myself, I figure I'm around 167-170. Still 5'10'' obviously.

The lighting is not good but here they are...

Definitely added some meat, Progress. I think your traps are lagging, but your delts and arms and chest are looking good. There's some ab progress, so keep at it.

Post leg pics; trust me. Nothing will be more satisfying than taking a picture of them now and comparing them to what they're going to be later.

Thanks, MM. I feel my traps are lagging too. They are definitely pretty weak; my shrugs are absolutely pathetic. What can I do different than deads and shrugs? My abs are making progress. When I pull the fat away when I'm flexing them it's almost like a really small eight-pack.

Ok, I will take some pics of my legs. Get ready for serious tan line if I post them! :D
