So, as y'all know, I`m big on the protien pudding. But I was thinking, what about protien ice cream?
Has anyone experimented with adding protien powder to cream or whatever in an ice cream maker? I have one, and if I could find a way to make protien ice cream...well, shiz, I could do a PSMF and literally live on ice cream alone.
I know there must be a way. :drooling:

LOL.
I've wondered about something like that while seeing some guy making homemade icecream on teh food network. I would imagine it might be possible, but my only wonder would be if there would be separation.
Let me know how it comes out, I know you will likely give it a shot. I know if I had the stuff I sure would. :p
what's your recipe for protein puddin'?

1 scoop beverly protien powder (NOT muscle provider-- Ultimate Muscle Protien or Ultra Size). Add Hood L/c choc. milk while using a hand blender until you get to pudding consistency.
Eat.

I think there actually are a few protein ice creams on the market. I'm willing to bet they're awful, though.

Nah. I want to make it myself-- ie, no sugar alcohols please. That shiz is very bad for little Neartaighs.
I might just mix up some protien powder with the usual cream/milk/egg/splenda thing, and toss it in the ice cream maker to see what happens.
OMG! It`s aliiiiiiiivvvveeeee...... :micro:
