I pulled together some shots taken about 3 months ago when I just started working out. I grouped some of them together. Let me know what you think of the change for only 3 months.

I would love to know how this was pulled off. Cutting/Bulking cycle? Did you attempt to cut fat and gain muscle at the same time?

Thanks.

To be honest, the first month I really did nothing different. All I did was add tuna. Second month got more into the diet. But still did not have it fine tuned. I am just now getting my diet where it needs to be. I did do a small cut and then clean bulk for about a month. Dumb luck I quess. Could be alot of hard work also. I still believe the supplements helped out alot.
