Hey if anyone could give me a hand with getting a cutting diet down for my bf.
His stats are
6ft4
265 pounds


Wed and Sat
workout (1/2 hour weights+ 1/2hour cardio)

thurs-
Aerobics 1 hour

tues-
step aerobics 1 hour

1 hour walks prob 2-3 a week


Current diet looks like this

morn
3- 6 weet bix with skim milk protein powder

smoko
ham and salad rol

lunch

1 brown bred sand no butter- Ham salad or chicken avacodo

dinner

heathly normally
meat 3 veg

doesn't eat sat fat
nor lollies
or enough in my opinion

Does he lift?

Figure out the basics of the diet first, not the specifics.

How many calories does he eat now? What macro breakdown?
