Im 17 and im 6 foot and i weigh 145, how is my bulking diet.

Meal1: Breakfest 7:30
1 scoop of whey 110 calories, 1.5 grams of fat, 23 grams of protein, 3 carbs
1 cup skim milk 70 calories, 8 protein, 13 carbs
1/2cup cottage cheese 90 caloires, 16 grams of protein, 4 carbs, 1 gram of fat
Oatmeal 27 carbs, 5 grams of protein, 3 grams of fat,150 calories, 4 fiber
Shredded Wheat 15 carbs, .5 fat,70 calories
1 tsp. of glutamine
Multivitamin

Total calories-490
Total Protein-54.5
Total Carbs-62
Total Fat-6

Meal2: Lunch 10:45
Tuna Fish 38 grams of protein, 180 calories, 2 fat
1 tbs peanut butter 90 calories, 7.5 grams of fat, 4 protein
Lite whole wheat bread 35 calories, 8 carbs

1 piece of salmon 15 grams of protein, 3.5 grams of fat,100 calories

Poll doesn't make to much sense there bud. But Calories are to low, carbs are to low, fats are alittle low, protein is kind of high.

where the hell do people find 35 calorie bread??? what is that like the size of a cracker?

Light bread. Some slices are 35 cals each.

For someone bulking light bread doesn't make to much sense to me. Get some good 100% wheat bread @ 100 cals a slice.

It is 100% whole wheat but it called 100% whole wheat lite

not the same thing. Light bread is light bread (whether it's wheat, white, multigrain, etc). Just buy plain ole wheat bread. NO LIGHT! If you want to bulk that is.
