can and should u mix these 2 together? im no newb. into lifting but have always wondered this.

I eliminate cardio when I'm bulking or maintaining. Other than the odd recreational walk or bike ride, I only add it in for cutting.

will it slow my muscle growth any if i do continue to do cardio while bulking?

i really doubt that it will slow your muscle growth if you componsate for the energy you have used in your cardiovascular activity by eating more.

Sure, I mean if you LOVE doing cardio, just eat more.
Personally, I'd rather watch paint dry, so if I CAN avoid it, I do. ;)

yeah i know. i havent had one in about a month and i havent had any cravings in about a week now. thats y dont want to quite doin cardio but i want to bulk up alot.

so then you can do a little bit of cardio and just eat some more to make up for the calories that you have burned
