well this is my first entry and i didnt work out today but im going to post my workouts no reason just board..lol
squat 2sets 8-12reps
leg curls 2sets 8-12reps
leg extensions 2sets 8-12reps
leg press 2sets 8-12reps
frog jumps 50
upper body (tuesday)
bench 2sets 8-12reps
incline 2sets 8-12reps
pulldowns 2sets 8-12reps
military press 2sets 8-12reps
thursday (lower body)
friday (upper body)
well thats my work out for ever week most the time..

Hmmmmm, Just some thoughts bro, You dont have much of anything to work out back, also I would do some more excersizes for biceps. I dont see any deadlifts on there. Have you looked at the WBB #1 routine.

well still havent worked out today...:-( the weight room hasnt been open but i was wanting to take a break this week rest up good but i have been thinking and made a new work out i dont know if it is good so tell me what you all think..

I'm not the best of the bunch but it looks like you have almost twice the volume for your bi/tri/chest day than your other 2 days?

You have more muscle groups in your Upper body than in your lower body, Upper, lower back, chest, shoulders, bi's, tri's etc as opposedto hams calves quads and glutes.

Good luck on your goals. Personally, I think doing chest/triceps/biceps on the same day is a mistake and exhausting, but if you feel OK, have at it.

well i donno ill work on it but it has worked good so far....but i went for 165lbs got it easy just my right arm was stuck for a secound but ill do some dumbell bench and stuff.

man i got 175 about 10 inches man im so gonna get it!! ill get it in a few days i know i will!!!!! and im wanting to get 205lbs sometime this summer...and i will!!

Good job there bro...Just checkin in on ur journal...You got that **** 175 **** man you got it no probs...But my .02 cents...don't do chest/tris/bis all in one day...too much work in one day man...split it...check my journal for my workouts GO BIG!

ok well same work out but here is what it will look like im not going to put the workouts down right now tho but same as last time
worked out today didnt get a full work out in tho didnt have time but i did do 135 2sets 12reps bench so im takeing that up then did some dumbell bench went and ran some dumbell curls then the closed the weight room so i didnt have time...

does anyone think i should take the weight up on my bench workout i did 135lbs 12 reps but on my 2nd set i did it prob only 5reps should i still take it up if so would 145lbs be good?..thanks

well i havent posted for a while and i havent had any gains havent got 175 yet on bench but i will im sick right now so im not working out as hard but im getting 165 alot easyer so im going to go for 175 in a while when im not sick and when i feel good and ill get it prob in just a few weeks and then going to get 205lbs around the end of july or beging of augest but hopefully when im not sick and go back to working out hard i will get me some good gains.

i havet posted for awhile forgot to lol today the workout changed for football and this is what we have to do so i cant change it
monday-upper bench,incline bench,curls,pec deck, then about 45 mins to an hour of drills
tuesday-lower squats,leg curls,leg extensions,leg press, then 45 mins to an hour of drills

thought id go ahead and bring this thing back to life lol. today i did the 180lbs workout and felt good so decided to see if i could break my PR of 170 did 175 easy. didnt go any higher just wanted to see i figure i got 185 in me for sure.
