View Full Version : Cutting- Is this diet ok?

That is my current diet for the past few days. I just started logging my diet on FitDay, but that generally follows what I eat on a weekly basis.

I was told that eating cottage cheese right before bed is good for metabolism, any truth in that?

As for excersize:

Cardio: 4-5x week
20-35 minutes on stationary bike.
10-15 minutes jogging/walking

Arms: Alternating days
4 x 10 benching
3 x 10 curls

Stomach: Daily
2 x 50 crunches (one set morning, one set night)

Legs: Alternating days with arms
3 x 10 box squats
3 x 10 leg curls (sitting upright)
3 x 10 leg curls (laying on stomach)

I do other excersizes, not sure of some of the names so I won't try.

Please critique!!!

How did you know how many calories each type of food was? I am interested in starting an online journal too.

So far so good, if you're loosing weight, keep doing what you're doing!

Well, I do some ab related stuff with squats/situps. I do pulldowns too.

Like I said, I do all sorts of excersizes, not sure what most of the stuff is called.
