The below link details the Meat, Leaves and Berries eating plan-one of the best eating "templates" that I haver ever seen. I slightly modifed it for my own use and this is especially good for lifters who are not pure bodybuilders but are more into strength and athletics. Written by a friend of mine, Danny John who is one of the most knowledgeable strength coaches in the country.
