I think my size/mass is good. I need help leaning out. I've been doing an hour of cardio 3-4 days/week. Is it enough?? and trying to watch the diet. Anyone have a good cutting up diet they can send me? Also have switched to moderate weight/high reps.

Take your body weight X 10 (or to 12) = the amount of cals to eat in a day.
Day 1-2: Eat 200g of carbs
Day 3-4: Eat 100g of carbs
Day 5-6: Eat 50g of carbs
The rest of the cals in fats and protien. + always try to get your bodyweight in protein (ie 200lbs = 200gs).
For the carbs, try to get them in yams, veggies, oats or whole wheat products.

if you haven't already, you should check out the Diet and Nutrition section of the board. There is a plethora of information over there. By the way, you look great. Its cool to see an attractive girl that has some muscle

Heavy weight, LOW reps for cutting. You need to hang on to your mass, and you won't have enough calories for the high reps without wearing out.
You can use the diet in my sig if you like - it's working well for me.
Best of luck - and you have some really nice mass on you.

What do you mean by mod weight high reps, how high? The rep range has very little to do with losing bodyfat. And I would much rather used a lower rep range 6-12 for maintaining muscle. There are plenty of good diet suggestions on that board, Built (also a women) has listed hers a few times and should be able to give you some very good advice, heed it.
