I'm about to give up my poptarts for breakfast. Does anyone have any good ideas so I can replace it with something healthier and still get near 1000 calories? I've been eating eggs and toast some lately, but it would take a lot of eggs to get that many calories. Not to mention the emissions from all those eggs.

Edit: I'd also like something fairly quick, or something I can prepare the night before. I don't like to spend all morning cooking.

The hot fudge sundae and chocolate chip cookie dough are so damn good. I've been eating poptarts and sweet cereals for breakfast since I was, well since I can remember. I just have to think of the goal. Do most of you guys mix the flax oil in something, or just down it like a shot?

this isnt exactly quick, but it is damn good. Fry two eggs, break the yoks so they dont run, heat some ham up in the pan. Toast some bread, and put mustard and some miracle whip on there, throw the eggs on with the ham, a little cheese, and there ya go. Great early morning meal.
