if you're the guy that had lypo, or whatever it was, you DO look much leaner.

I can't get my dad to lift. He thinks he's too old (55 in July), yet today we dug a big ditch, and I wasn't the one who couldnt walk in the couple hours following...lol.

thanks to everyone for responding. Kiwibuilder i used to work out alot in my teen years and early 20's and then i got married. Up until recently i didn't touch a weight. Here is a pic i took in 2004 when i decided to change my lifestyle back to weight training. This pic is at a body of 220 or so but i got up to around 230 at one time. In july or August of 2004 i decided to dedicate myself to losing weight and getting back in shape. I am presently fluctuating between 191 and 193 lbs. i intentionally took the weight off slow so as to be increasing muscle or at least maintaining some size. Although i have lost some size, it could have been worse. i am debating about staying around my present body weight so i can still train intensely and hopefully put on quality muscle. I don't really diet i just take protein supplement and only get one portion of whatever the meal is. I am not interested in competing but would like to have a great physique. Thanks for your response to my thread.
