Some may recall my "Natural Size" thread alwhile back...
Well... im stoping back by... Im currently at work and bored, so i thought id come by and say hello. i have a few questions if someone doesnt mind anwsering them
Ive been eating oatmeal in the mornings as a good breakfast but i dont like the taste... Anything i can add to oatmeal to make it taste better???
I havent been doing real good on my diet, but im not eating junk food, just alittle less strict than i was... well, im back to my old routine... TUNA/OATMEAL/fat free crap.... :)
Taking Designer protien, but im almost out... any other good protiens better than designer?
I know im supposed to be taking 1 gram of protien/ per 1 pound i weigh.... but im really supposed to take 320 grams of protien?!?!:eek:
