I tried running a search, but the function does not seem to be working.
Anyway, my question is very simple. I'm trying to shed some weight to bring out my muscle mass a bit better.
I usually do a half hour of cardio a day for 5 days a week.
I find I have a bit of spare time at both the beginning and the end of teh day. Would it be unwise to do this both in the morning and at night for a total of an hour? What about 20 minutes each?
