View Full Version : Cardio twice a day?

I tried running a search, but the function does not seem to be working.

Anyway, my question is very simple. I'm trying to shed some weight to bring out my muscle mass a bit better.

I usually do a half hour of cardio a day for 5 days a week.

I find I have a bit of spare time at both the beginning and the end of teh day. Would it be unwise to do this both in the morning and at night for a total of an hour? What about 20 minutes each?

Any response is appreciated, thanks!

Weight lifting would not only get yout muscle larger is also has the benefits of cardio workouts as long as you dont sit on yoru ass inbetween sets.
