walmart has a whey protein product now? haha, oh god. As long as its 100% whey, it will *hopefully* be ok.. i bet it wont taste the best though.

100% whey is 100% whey, no big differences among the brands, maybe taste if thats your concern.

Yah, you need name brand stuff because if you eat a different brand of chicken than foster farms, then your muscles will shrink. It's just food.

I dont really think it matters, i mean, most really good shakes cost so much because of all the calories, i just hope this stuff isnt like not gonna help me get bigger or somehting..

Yeah, mix the chocolate body fortress with milk, its really good.

Whey is overrated. I prefer egg protein powder.

i believe walmart owns sam's club right (maybe they sell the EAS there too)?
if you're looking for cheap whey protein powder and you or someone in your family has a membership to sam's club, they sell the 6lb container of EAS MyoPro Whey there for $19.88 opposed to it being $42.99 at GNC

Thats pretty damn cheap.

Evisc you have to disagree about everything in regards to nutrition?

Protein is Protein in my book, The nutrional facts are far more important that what picture of a bulkly massive guy or name brand is on the front. I personally would like the Isolates mixed in with the other kinds ( I forget the name at the moment ?? ) one is absorbed fast and the other is time released. I still havent much a need to take it yet as im gaining just fine.

I used the bodyfortress for a few months. It's not bad when mixed with milk, but it doesn't mix all that well unless you use a blender, or shake the hell out of ot. Right next to the bodyfortress is some whey made by EAS, and it's WORLDS better. It's a couple dollars more, and mixes like a dream, while tasting much better.

Just add stuff to it. I buy cheap whey and add in a tub or two of yog to add the cals, maybe some oats if you can stomach it, peanut butter, etc. So, you'd still be fine with it I reckon.
