Mmkay. I've been lifting for just under 4 months now. I really wish i had before pics to put up, but they got deleted so i don't have any. :( 4 months ago i was 5'9 130lbs. I was a complete twig...all bones, with like 11% bodyfat. I'm now the same height, 155lbs, not sure on bodyfat. In the past 4 months i made huge progress and added 25lbs.

The pics are 'aight, cept for in the back double bi pic, my lats aren't flared out at all, because i suck at flexing my lats. I have major probs with that, so ignore that. lol

I'd say chest is my weakest part...

Welllll, here are my first pics, tell me what ya think so far, critique, compliment, put me down, whatever works. :)

Oh, and now that summer is here i also plan on getting a tan. haha

I've said it in private, but I'll say it again - you're making EXCELLENT progress.

Those delts are killers, and really nice peakage and size though the bicep.

PLUS, unlike the curl-jockeys, you actually work your leggies, and it shows.

I see good things in your future.

That kind of progress in such a short time is insane. Keep it up. Your chest is probably your weakest part as you stated, but overall you have very good shape. Tons of potential.

great base, make sure you are hitting the big three hard to maximize your gains

You're looking great pinky. Great progress in a short amount of time. Stick to it and in no time you'll see even bigger progress.

I'm ~200 at a decently lean bf%.

I've been as heavy as 220ish, and plan to get back to 220-230 range by the Fall.

Nice, pinky. I was your current weight not long ago. In fact, as soon as back in December. Now I'm up to 181-182. So you see how much progress you can make in a few months. You have a great base to start with, especially being only 16!

That's about what I looked like as well after lifting for for few months except I wa 17. Keep it up!!!
