Since I dont feel like making shakes for the day of, is it ok to make them in the night and just refridgerate them until the next day? Just give it a good stir the day of?

Also my bulk shake right now consists of
4 Scoops of Nlarge2 (600cal)
2 Cups of 2% milk (258cal)
1 cup of oats (I forget how many cal)

And it tastes like ass. What are some things I can do to liven it up a bit and not have to gag on it?

Personally I wouldnt do it, I find it kinda nasty, even though it should be fine.

I mix mine the night before, ON whey and milk. It always tastes the same after I shake it back up a bit. I've also had oats after they sit in the shake for a couple hours, nothing bad. Does it taste different if you drink it immediately?

It sits overnight in the refrigerator, it's not gonna go sour.

I do it. I make 2 litres of it at night, and drink it during the day. 9 lbs gained in 2 weeks. That's all I'm saying.
