I bought a tiny digital scale at Radio Shack for 25 bucks and it works great.

I use a scale. I'm obsessive about measuring my food.

I do. IMO it's one of the best investments one can make as a bodybuilder.

I think ill head to radio shack since i don't have a walmart near me. When I weight meat it shouldn't be frozen right?

That and a body measuring tape...not the crap kind you find in your mom's sewing box.

I measured 2 LBS of chicken breast one morning, and when it was thawed at around 5:00 that night, it only weighed around 1 pound 12 ounces... So you shouldn't weigh it when its frozen...it won't be accurate.

Yep. When you're measuring frozen food, you're also measuring the extra water in the food.
