I suggest you find out how to look it up, there are many, many foods you may eat with protein in them.

I'd start with fitday, although there are a number of handy books that contain more specific information.

Virtually all food packaging also now has nutrition information.

Egg cartons have all the nutritional info on the inside.

what about just the egg white? any protein loss by not eating the yoke? also, i eat organic chicken eggs, anyone know if the protein would be any different.
