i was jsut wondering how much whey you guys eat a day and how much total protein you eat a day and what your total body weight is
right now i take 9 grams with b fast then 18 grams befor i work out then 9 grams after i work out.. thats jsut whey protein..

ummmmm well my total protein is around 170 a day more or less

I weigh 179.5lbs and consume between 120-160g of protein a day. It comes mostly from foods. Occasionally I will have some whey for the taste with milk.

I usually get close to 250g of protein daily. Close to 100g from whey powder. I weigh 175lbs.

250-350 grams per day, depending on what my goals are.

I've been running around a lot lately, so I've been taking in more whey. It's been at about 100g of protein from whey per day for a few weeks.

When I'm more settled it's usually 40-60g from whey.

160-170 grams a day or more. You should be getting 1 gram or more of protein per pound of body weight. And believe it or not, you need a little bit more if you live at higher altitudes, because of certain chemical changes in your body.

wow... i get maby 90... ehh gonna have to step it up!!! gonan put one scoop of chey in every thing i eat for now on.. ps i a vegaterian

Just because some people use more doesn't mean you have to. If you are getting enough protein from whole food, then you don't need to throw whey in just because you see everyone else getting more servings of it in.

I don't use whey at all. I get all (well...usually most of) my protein from food. I'll use protein powder if I'm lagging behind in my diet one day and need some extra protein.

I get 400-550 depending. Usually 200-350g is from powder, most of that being whey.

About 200g a day for moi. Off whey for now because I'm cutting and I'd rather chew what little food I eat... :whiner:

Built, when dieting I also opt for more whole foods. I actually kinda like eating when i'm starving myself.

240.... 200 from foods, maybe 40 from whey try to get in 40g per meal x 6 meals.

300 - 400g because im bulking most of this is from whey as i cant nearly eat 5000 calories without the shakes i make.

250-300 grams of protein per day. Usually about 50g of that from whey.

dam, im dam near putting whey on every thign i eat now.. adn my scoops are only 18 grams and oen is freaken huge... i get probly 3-4 scoops on a good day but i usualy will make a milk whey yogert shake/snack that seams like it would have alot of protene ?
