I got very hungry tonight (I suppose I could use some work on balancing my diet still) and decided to have a serving of the low-fat popcorn my sister made earlier. I checked the box, which gave me the following info:
Per 3 cup serving:
fat: 1.1g
protein: 1.6g
carbs: 11g
cals: 62
It seems like a pretty sweet deal to me -- any reason to avoid it if I'm simply hungry?
