Hey i have been eating the same breakfast everyday for about 2 months, could you guys please give me some new breakfast ideas?

I eat the same thing almost everyday.

3 eggs
2-4 pieces whole wheat
1-2 cups milk, or 1 cup orange juice or 1 cup grape juice
3 fish oil caps
1 multi
400 ui vitamin E

My breakfast never changes: 5 hardboiled jumbo egg whites with one yolk and a pat of butter with a cup of tea.

'course, that's just M1 of 6.

2 chili & cheese gut grenades from 7-11, to break the monotony of course...

Try these - I eat them post workout, but they could totally work for breakfast:

try some quesadillas or some grilled cheese sandwiches, different burros, how about a couple ounces of ham. Also, remember, just because its breakfast time, doesn't mean you have to eat breakfast foods. Sometimes I eat steak and beans at 6 a.m.

i stick to oats and after about 2 hrs will have my eggs

today its gonna be a big steak omelette and a stack of pancakes with blueberry topping from ihop

My breakfast looks like this
Meal1: Breakfest 12:00
1/2 cup cottage cheese 1 gram of fat, 16 protein, 4 carbs, 90 calories
oatmeal 3 gram of fat, 5 protein, 27 carbs, 150 calories
shredded wheat .5 fat,15 carbs, 70 calories
1 scoop of Nitrean 110 calories, 24 grams protein, 1fat, 4 carbs
1 cup milk 70 calories, 8 protein, 13 carbs

1 tsp. of glutamine
Multivitamin

Total calories-490
Total Protein-52
Total Carbs-63
Total Fat-5.5
